I offer my counseling services specifically for young women (roughly ages 17-45). I enjoy helping women to understand and learn how to treat their anxiety, depression, ADHD, improve self esteem, build their skills for healthy relationships and I provide divorce support.
The kind of counseling that I do strongly emphasizes self esteem. Part of that is teaching my clients how to set boundaries and be strong advocates for themselves, how to value themselves, how to accept themselves and how to use gentle, positive and encouraging approaches to address the issues they are struggling with in a non-judgemental space.
In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
